Throughout his career the numbers of pieces made by David Burnham Smith are very few. On average perhaps one piece is completed successfully each month. David works alone on the artistic side, ie sculpting, modelling and painting and has considerable technical support from his wife Debbie. Creations by talented artists such as David should be on display for the enjoyment of all, yet the vast majority of his pieces find their way into collector's homes and are unlikely to be seen by many other people again.
